Object of study. Monuments of numismatics, medallions, bonistics and sphygrostics in the collection of the National Museum of History of Ukraine. The aim of the study. Study of regularities and peculiarities of monetary circulation on Ukrainian lands in the period of XI-XXI centuries. the composition of treasures and individual coins, which are stored in the collection of NMHU. Attribution and classification of sfragistics materials and determination of sources of their receipt. Clarification and additions to the evidence of the history of the formation of a collection of NMHU in the direction of the sector. The study of subjects of faleristics from the collection of the Ukrainian Free University in Prague. Research methods. Methods of historical science are used: retrospective, comparative, typological, classification, systematization, complex and statistical analysis of the composition of treasures and collections. Also, special methods of research on numismatic and sphygroscopic materials, including the use of precision measuring devices to determine the physical and chemical properties of individual specimens - scales and electronic ball screw, microscope, testing on precious metal content, stamping analysis of coins, etc. R&D results. Within the framework of the topic, individual exhibits and collections, treasures from the numismatic collection of the NMHU were investigated. The analysis of the authenticity of new revenues, the testing of the content of precious metals has been carried out, the retro-base of the numismatic collection of NMHU has been studied. The topic of the history of revenues to the collection of numismatic objects of the specified period is revealed. Also, the study of the monetary circulation of Ukrainian lands of the XI-XXI centuries was conducted. by the composition of treasures that are stored in the collection. Important is the introduction into the scientific circle of previously unknown memorials of the Faleristics of the interwar period, united in the so-called. "Prague Collection", which once belonged to the collection of the Ukrainian Free University in Prague. The attribution and systematization of the sphragis collection is continued. The results can be used to create new generalizations and specialized studies on the history of money circulation, works on the history of Ukraine and world history. Materials and findings will be useful in preparing special courses on the history of Ukraine, manuals and textbooks on auxiliary branches of historical science, for building a permanent exhibition of the museum and temporary exhibitions, writing methodological literature, preparing lectures and seminars, for creating texts of excursions, conducting expertise, building thematic exhibitions, etc. The obtained results have already been partially introduced into the scientific circulation in printed publications, tested at scientific conferences, used during the creation of temporary exhibitions. This year, the collective of the sector with practically complete composition of scientific workers participated in the largest - Vth international numismatic conference of Ukraine - "Actual problems of numismatics in the system of special branches of historical science", which took place on June 21-22 on the basis of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve "Medzhybiz" , the organizers of the event invited the NMHU to add the numbers to the co-organizers, since applications and theses from 9 museum employees were sent to participate in the scientific event. 64 scientific scholars from Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, Slovakia, Romania and Moldova were appointed as the leading scientific worker of the sector - candidate of historical sciences, Andriy Boyko-Gagarin, held by the responsible secretary. The scientific achievements of the conference participants were published in the conference abstracts.
