Main research results: the limits of variability of protein and oil content in soybean collection and selection samples were estimated. Formed a collection of protein and oil content from the breeding varieties of the NSC "Institute of Agriculture NAAS", commercial varieties and foreign selection. The commercial varieties Opus, Usty, Onfunato, Qasida, Sultana, Legenda with a protein content of 44-45% are highlighted. In the collection nursery there are samples: Moldavian 65, Sunset, Maple Presto and Express Green with a protein content of 43.1-43.2%. Among them, the variety Sunset had a high oil content - 22.6%. The best in terms of oil content from all presented soybean samples were allocated: number 322 - 23.2% and grades Alligator and Siverka (23.0% and 22.3%), respectively.
