They consist in the use of foundations of the thermo-viscoelasticity and kinetic theory of solid strength in establishment of thermo-mechanical behavior regularities of road materials in layered half-space overlay under action of transport loads in dependence of climatic factors and characteristics stipulating these regularities. The results of determination of the computational thermo-mechanical properties of the overlay material for the numerical analysis performance are obtained. Computer modelling of the layered half-space stress state under action of transport loads and thermal perturbations is performed. The computational soft-ware for the overlay structure rational version choice substantiation is elaborated. The system for resource controlling during building and maintenance of the enlarged longevity overlay is created.
