Experimental investigations of the created multilayer tunneling multi-cluster heterostructures are carried out. A numerical simulation of coherent radiation in stacks of many Josephson contacts was carried out and the theory of electrical properties of multi-layer multicellular systems "superconductor-semiconductor with nanoclusters of metal - superconductor" was developed. The theoretical analysis of the effect of synchronization of Josephson junction radiation under the influence of external microwave radiation is carried out.
