Depending on the tungsten content in the Si (W) barrier, it is possible to obtain Coulomb blockade and superconducting current (without dissipation) modes. The suppression of the mode of the Coulomb blockade in applying the voltage to the barrier results in the emergence of negative differential resistance regions on the current-voltage characteristics of the heterostructures. The analysis of the influence of microwave radiation on the current-voltage characteristics of the MoRe-Si (W) -MoRe tunnel heterostructures testifies in favor of the appearance of the phenomenon of the phase slippage of the superconducting order parameter in the quasi-one-dimensional channels. The investigation of the characteristics of the three-electrode heterostructures MoRe-Si (W)-MoRe-Si (W) -MoRe shows the possibility to control the transport of charges through the heterostructure, changing the current through the middle MoRe film.
