Such a homogeneity of the volume distribution is higher when the deformation is performed at a temperature higher than the alpha / beta phase transition temperature. The main reason for this is the ratio of the rates of deformation and diffusion processes. The presence of Bi plays a significant positive role in these processes. The higher the degree of homogeneity of the microstructure and the distribution of alloying elements in phases, the higher the resistance to creep. The possibility of creation of inforced Zr alloys with high stability of long-term work of cladding tubes under creep conditions at 400-450C and stresses of 100-150 MPa, which are close to real conditions of work in nuclear reactors of power stations, is proved.
