The study purpose is to improve the quality of life and medical and social rehabilitation of patients with tumors of the pelvic bones by developing an individual therapeutic tactic using modern surgical treatment techniques based on mathematical modeling. Research methods and equipment - X-ray apparatus, magnetic resonance imaging, computer tomography, intraoperative X-ray, cellsaver, software packages Mimics, SolidWorks, ANSYS. Mathematical computer simulation models with five major variants of pelvic bone resection in patients with pelvic bone tumor with next reconstruction of defect by a metal-polymer construction were created. In the study set of features that can affect the results of surgical treatment were systematized. On the basis of that computer program for the selection of optimal surgical intervention has been developed: "The mathematical model of the probability of re-surgical intervention after reconstructive surgery in patients with pelvic bone tumors". It allowed avoiding repeated surgical interventions in the main group, against 50% - in the control group. A statistically significant difference was achieved in improving the mean functional lower extremity score for MSTS by 24% (in the main group - 75.83 ± 11.68, compared with 57.05 ± 15.85 in the control group (p = 0.02). On the basis of mathematical modeling, the behavior of the bone-fixative-endoprosthesis biomechanical system in various types of hemipelvectomy according to Enneking with the reconstruction of the pelvic ring defect, in which reconstructive techniques with the use of a metal-polymer composition were developed, was substantiated. MALIGNUM TUMORS, BONES OF THE PELVIC RING, ORGAN-SPARING OPERATIONS, MATHEMATICAL MODELING, METAL-POLIMER COMPOSITION, COMPLICATIONS, QUALITY OF LIFE, BIOMECHANICAL MODELING.
