The systematization of hybrid electric heating systems MSB on various qualification criteria. The proposed circuit design solutions are used for the facilities equipped with autonomous decentralized, moderately centralized and centralized heat supply systems. The main provisions for the construction of an apartment bivalent electric heat-accumulation smart module (BETA CM) of final heat energy consumers have been developed and a typical scheme of this module and a network model of many such modules as structural elements of the HS of EHS MSB have been created. Taking into account the priorities of the fourth energy package of the EU and based on the principles of the 4th generation of centralized heat supply (4GDH), provided the power generation is replaced on the basis of traditional FER with renewable energy, the BETA SM integrated system of the hybrid electric heating system and the promising IES of Ukraine-ENTSO-E is proposed. A technical assignment has been developed for the creation of a hybrid system for the heat and heat supply of a typical multi-storey building as an active consumer of the UES of Ukraine. The social consequences of the work are to increase the level of comfort and environmental friendliness of the heat supply and to increase the employment of the population in the production of the proposed HS EHS MSB.
