The purpose of the work is to create the theoretical foundation of methods, tools and technologies for the automated processes of decision-making support in public administration (in economic, social, financial, defense, scientific, technological, industrial, medical, environmental, agrarian spheres, etc.) on the basis of: - development of methodological foundations and models of creation and functioning of a unified network of situational centers and information technologies for decision-making support for Ukrainian state authorities of different levels in a distributed environment, based on the ideas of ZDAS Academician VM Glushkov - development of prototypes of the family of information technologies, which allow to support the processes of monitoring and forecasting the development of processes in various fields of activity, identifying real or potential situations that require preparation and decision making with the involvement of experts and expert groups and relevant information resources.
