The method of diagnostics of Peltier-systems cooling of crystals of СОВ- modules is developed. The method of cooling LED-based СОВ- modules on the basis of heat pipes is developed. Complex diagnostics of optical and electrical parameters of СОВ- modules and LED lighting systems on their basis with different types of cooling systems is carried out. The optimal ways of cooling of powerful LED modules on the basis of СОВ- technology as elements of lighting systems are revealed and ways of their realization are shown. Аs well as developed recommendations for optimization of ways to reduce the thermal loads of powerful LED modules and increase the life of lighting systems on their basis. The efficiency of using aluminum nitride films as thermal interfaces is shown. It is shown that such films obtained in a hybrid heliconic-arc ion-plasma reactor significantly improve the heat removal from crystals of electronic devices, in particular from powerful light-emitting diodes or LED-assemblies, and thus significantly increase the stability of their glow, reliability and durability.
