The article of research is principles and methods of calculation-analytical receptions of creation high-efficiency constructions of module freight carriages, new technical decisions of executions their basic constituents. An aim of project is development of theoretical positions, methodological bases and practical facilities of creation conceptually of the new (physical principle of functioning) modules of basket, working part, unloading of freight carriages and construction of resilient and dissipative connections. For researches used approach of the systems is integration of imitation design of methods and methods of improvement functional descriptions of carriages (theoretical and experimental methods, namely programmatic complexes for the design of dynamics of carriages, calculations of durability and tireless longevity (SolidWorks, CosmosWorks, Ansys, DesignSpace, UM, NASTRAN)), realization of the specialized tests, principles of analytical mechanics. During researches authors use scientific approaches and methods : system, structural-functional, planning of experiment, decouplig, probabilistic, design and formalization. Authors are get next scientific and practical results: - the image of the car of the future is created connected with the global trend of the development of mechanical engineering, based on the deep integration of systems and the synthesis of intellectual and material resources of software and hardware; - the theory of systems in the part of creation of a new generation car and in the part of creation of the construction of boundary parameters is improved; - the dependences of resistance of motion from the parameters of connection of car body with bogiesare obtained - resiliently-dissipative descriptions of the spring suspension of the first and second stages; - dependence of tensions in the backbone beams of car from the sizes of the operating loading; - the dependence of durability of lid of hatch is got on geometry of bearing elementsis obtained; - the dependence of stresses in profiled in bearing and enclosing body designs is obtained; - the method of forecasting of running qualities of a car with rolling bogies at the stage of their design is developed; - the technical decisions of module car part of rolling stock are worked out with the equal level of coefficients of responsibility for passing to the maximum state; - the conceptual requirements concerning the development and creation of structural modules of wagon modules from the standpoint of material and energy saving are formulated; - the methods of extending the lifecycle of the hatch of the gondola car by means of reducing the wear of surfaces are developed.
