This system is intended for the development of autonomous control systems for spacecraft, other highly dynamic manned and unmanned aerial vehicles for various purposes, including special purpose. A key feature of MFST is a new concept based on the common use of the principles of the construction and operation of field measurement systems of the VEGA (USSR), MISTRAM (USA) and modern precision positioning GNSS technologies. The composition and principles of the functioning of MFST are developed. The methods and means of synchronizing observations by tracking points are determined. The methods of calibration of measuring channels of receivers of the system are determined. The composition, characteristics and functions of a complex of software and mathematical support for processing of system observations in post-session processing and real-time modes are determined. The mathematical model of observations of a system of trajectory measurements is created. The simulation of the processing of the results of measurements has been performed and the possibility of achieving the specified characteristics has been experimentally verified.
