These parameters disassociate external influence on the phenomenon of bioproduction in the hard-to-reach areas, which threaten the biosafety of drinking and other types of water use, in particular, during the fighting. A number of new methods for investigating fine mechanisms of regulation of the state of living systems at the molecular level with the participation of antioxidant complexes and new methods of rapid and sensitive determination of the content of oxidants of various nature in aqueous media as well as effective metrological support for the process of obtaining estimates of uncertainty of measurements were developed. These estimates are used when determining the conformity of the colorimetric parameters with the regulated requirements. New electrochemiluminescent (ECL) systems, which are performed on reactions with powerful oxidants, are also scientifically grounded and proven. The new water ECL systems developed can detect harmful impurities in water at a concentration below <8 10-mg / l. ER-modeling of data and analysis of information processes allowed to develop a database structure that provides storage of reference and test images of investigated objects, the results of their processing and analysis. The developed information technology, unlike those existing in the world, allows to determine the dangerous states of pollution of water objects in an automated mode due to the use of discrete simulation in the analysis of images of the dynamic biological system. Estimation of the uncertainty of the measurement of the colorimetric parameters of natural objects can improve the quality and efficiency of the identification of toxic cells, which have harmful effects and threaten the biosafety of drinking and other types of water use in extreme situations. This technology can be used in state and municipal structures to take measures to reduce the risk associated with the disturbance of homeostasis of water bio objects, as well as in biomedical engineering, health care, agriculture and fisheries, and recreation.
