This concept involves the interaction of the microwave field of electromagnetic waves with biological materials with complex structure. Also, the object of the study is the fields of electromagnetic waves and the formation of optimal spatial distribution of the probing microwave field, by which it is possible to obtain the greatest amount of primary information in indirect measurements. The purpose of the study is to resolve theoretical problems and methodological basis for the further development of means of operative non-destructive control of the state of biological objects, including control at non-destructive influence on them of microwave energy. The stated purpose of the work is divided into the following tasks: firstly, further deepening of the theoretical basis for the description of microwave sensors of the aperture type, and secondly, numerical simulation to optimize their structures, in relation to measuring the parameters of bioobjects, and thirdly, the development of methods and means of influence on objects during control. Also, the purpose of the research is to evaluate the possibility of creating the appropriate secondary information signal transducers of the specified microwave sensors. The results of the work relate to the field of science - microwave sensor and diagnostics. This work is aimed at creating and supplementing the theoretical basis of microwave diagnostics and modification. Further deepening of the theoretical basis for the establishment of non-destructive, non-destructive methods of control of bioobjects, including control at non-destructive impact on them of microwave energy. The dependence of the resolution on the aperture parameters is substantiated. The dependence of radiation losses on the distance from the size of the aperture and the distance from the sample from it are determined. Designed and tested models of both coaxial sensors and pass-through sensors for comprehensive measurement of parameters of reference biomaterials. The possibility of creating conditions for influence on objects during control is considered. The parameters of the models as coaxial sensors and passage type sensors for the comprehensive measurement of the parameters of the reference biomaterials are determined.
