The purpose of the research work: to determine the mechanisms of the construction, functioning and development of the system of scientific provision of educational activities of the HMEI, which would be in line with European standards. The system approach and general scientific methods of research are used in the work, namely: qualitative description, expert evaluation, observation, abstraction, idealization, formalization, comparison, modeling. The report elaborates an option for a promising system for organizing scientific research in the interests of the HMEI, in which the model of scientific provision of educational activities of the HMEI is implemented. The main results: for the first time the term "scientific provision of educational activity of the HMEI" was grounded, the model of the determined process was constructed, the perspective structure of the system, which should implement this type of educational process provision, and mechanisms of its construction, functioning and development, developed a draft methodological recommendations for scientific provision of educational activities HMEI, proposals for changing the provisions of the current normative-legal base of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A promising system, due to optimization the processes of determining the need for scientific research, the formation of the concept of research, the organization of the implementation of scientific research and the implementation of their results in the educational activities of the HMEI will ensure the quality of the missions of the educational system and the efficiency of the use of available resources.
