On the basis of fundamental results the method monitoring and diagnostics technical condition of a tooth zone of a laminated stator core at the powerful turbogenerators has been designed and researched. The method is based on the control of the vibrations of the plate tooth which frequency changes from degree of a pressing. A distribution of a vibration on a circle of a plate and the optimum amount of gauges for the control of the mechanical characteristics has been determined. The method and the new technical decision for maintenance of reliable pressing a end zone of the stator core, preventions loss of the trailer wedges and reduction of a level of their heating has been offered and scientifically proved.
