The sensitivity, stability and reproducibility of responces on organic solvent vapors for 3 types of poly-3-methylthiophene composite films with carbon nanotubes with different contents of constituents were investigated. The best limit sensitivity for the CNT / P3MT-Cl (50:50) film was 300 ppm with a response value of up to 3%. For all types of films, there was a monotonous concentration dependence, excellent stability and reproducibility of the basic conductivity level after recovery in the air.
