The aim of the study was to carry out an analysis of current legislative and regulatory documents and expert medical documentation for determine the evidence and justification for linking diseases, disability and causes of death with the impact of the Chornobyl accident consequences in order to determine the informative signs of the disease and the develop databases. An analysis showed that during the expertize the biological markers for ionizing radiation has not been wide used, and there are unresolved legislative and regulatory and regulatory issues for the examination of diseases for certain categories of victims. The retrospective analysis showed increasing of frequency of oncological diseases cases and deaths of victims. An electronic database was developed for the analysis of nononocological and oncological morbidity among the victims, who undergone an expertize of the association of diseases with the impact of the consequences of the Chornobyl accident. 12 publications were published, 5 seminars for activists of civil public organizations of Chornobyl victims were carrind out.
