The aim of the work is to define mutational status of genes of BRCA1 and BRCA2 for women with ovaries cancer and to test the algorithms of prognosis of carrier of mutations. Research methods - medical and genetic counseling, molecular genetic studies, methods of mathematical statistics. The sumples of venous blood are got from patients of different age with ovaries cancer, from that genome DNA is exstracted. Frequency of mutations 185delag, 5382insc, 4153dela, 300t>G in the gene of BRCA1 and 6174delt in the gene of BRCA2 was determined. It was 12,8%. Frequency of positive family anamnesis for ovaries cancer and/or brest cancer in the investigated cohort was 20,5%. Family anamnesis correlates with BRCA- positive status. According to prognostic results of mutations the best discriminatory ability in identification of reliable BRCA- positive and BRCA- negative persons in the investigated cohort has a model of BOADICEA and Manchester ball system.
