Fulfilled work is conducted to energy economization of power supply systems for gas-discharge equipment, that leads to improvement and optimization of energy saving technological processes. Scientifically founded principals for design and creation of power supply units and modules were developed as a result of fulfilled work. New design structures on basis of high frequency converters with power up to 600 kW for supplying of gas-discharge equipment were investigated and proposed.
