The electrochromic cell with a solid electrolite was designed, experimental samples were manufactured and investigated. Special experimental setup for investigation of the thermochromic film temperature dependences and optical transmittance is manufactured. The methods for investigation of optical, structural, and electrophysical parameters of the films have been developed. A new technology of synthesis of thermochromic films of vanadium oxide is developed. This enables obtaining films with a record parameters of a phase transition. The technology of hidrogen atom incorporation into electrochromic coatings by ion implantation is developed.
