In the work, for the first time, the problems of the theory of measuring tech-nique and the theory of electric field are combined for the purpose of obtaining metro-logical characteristics that meet the requirements of the state standard. In particular, three field-wide problems were set and solved, which made it possible to provide calcu-lation of the function of transformation of thermometric and conductometric sensors with an error less than 10-6. A new approach to the principles of construction of measuring circles of alter-nating current bridges, based on the combined methods of magnetic and equivalent protection of the contours of the allocation of a nonequilibrium signal, is proposed. On the basis of theoretical studies, recommendations for the technology of manufacturing reference cells with improved metrological characteristics are proposed. The structural and functional schemes of measuring instruments of the informa-tive parameters of the sensors that provide the linearity of the transformation coeffi-cient and invariance to the destabilizing factors are developed. Based on new methods for determining the additive error and the nonlinearity of precision resistance measuring instruments, measurement methods and related means have been developed that allow the determination of errors less than 10-6 - 10-7. The obtained basic theoretical and practical results are important for the devel-opment of the instrument-making industry in Ukraine.
