The functional and organizational distribution of the information systems of the operator of calculations, the operator of the transmission system and the operator of the day-ahead market (DAM) was carried out, the features of mathematical problems of modeling and calculations in this market segment were presented. The main international standards and European regulatory documents have been identified, the implementation of which will allow to formulate information support requirements and improve the efficiency of implementation and implementation of these systems. A list of regulating European documents and international standards regarding the processes of information exchange in the electricity market has been developed, and analogues have been adapted to be introduced in Ukraine. The concept of construction, architecture and requirements for the functions of the simulation system for the operation of the main segments of the electricity market of Ukraine, prices for end users, as well as tariffs for transmission and distribution of electric energy has been developed, the concept of building a simulation model of the DAM of Ukraine has been detailed. Based on the obtained results, an analytical report was prepared on the development of a model and calculation algorithm for simulation of the day-ahead market, taking into account the constraints of the IPS of Ukraine, which was transferred to Energorynok SE, as well as recommendations on the implementation of international standards in Ukraine , which are transferred to the state enterprise NEK Ukrenergo, approved by the National Commission for Energy and Energy Regulation of Ukraine and implemented in Ukraine.
