The study involved the development of a high-performance nanocomposite electrode for monitoring NADN and optimization of L-lactate analysis in the presence of LDH and NAD +. The paper uses carbon screen-printed electrodes (SPE). The surface of the working carbon electrodes is modified by N-graphene (NG), detonating nano-diamonds (dND) and nanocomposite films with polymers. The influence of different modifications of SPE on their electrochemical properties and the effectiveness of NADN electrooxidation by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and amperometry are investigated. Optimized electrodes are used to analyze L-lactate .The procedure is optimized and the principal possibility of L-lactate determination in the range 1-50 mM is shown with the help of sensors developed, which will be applied in the next stage of research to create the appropriate biosensors with the immobilized enzyme matrix.
