In addition, the method of obtaining the MoS2 monolayers with the help of biomolecules was developed and spectral properties of the MoS2 monolayers were studied. The nanobiostructures produced were characterized by spectral methods (UV spectroscopy, near infrared and IR spectroscopy, spectroscopy of light scattering, luminescence spectroscopy). These studies allowed us to obtain the characteristics of the studied samples in suspensions and films. The structures of the hybrids and the interaction energies between the components were studied using quantum mechanical calculations and the method of molecular dynamics.
