The purpose of the work is to develop and substantiate the mathematical models of dynamic deformation of composite structures, which are elements of complex mechanical systems of various target purposes, the development of the method of parametric optimization for design parameters and control modes, and the methods of complex evaluation of complex systems. Methods of research - the methods of mechanics of composite structures, computational mathematics, methods of theoretical mechanics, direct methods of integration of differential equations, analytical-numerical methods of solving boundary value problems, technology of software development, numerical methods of optimization and parallel computing, methods of system analysis. The variant of the refined mathematical model of dynamic linear and geometrically nonlinear deformation of composite structures for the discrete consideration of the components and taking into account the complex geometry of their medial surfaces is developed and substantiated. On this basis, a calculation scheme for the study of the strength and stability of layered thin-walled shell structures of constructions for temperature and combined power loads is constructed. Using the proposed new mixed-flow scheme of the finite element method in displacements and contact interlayer stresses, the original software was created and verified that allows us to estimate the influence of interlayer defects on the stress-strain state of the composite shells, which is necessary for a reasonable decision about their use by the units of calculation and experimental complex of the Yuzhnoye State Design Office. The parametric approach is developed concerning the problems of joined optimization of structural parameters and motion laws for nonlinear manipulation and locomotive systems of anthropomorphic type; the problem of joined optimization of pole's linear coordinates and actuator control modes for two-link manipulation system is formulated and investigated; algorithms and software for optimization of foot parameters and laws of motion of a two-leg walking robot are developed; the methods of complex evaluation in real-time mode of complex systems with hierarchical network structure and partially ordered motion of flows are proposed; information technology with elements of intellectualization for diagnosing the state of complex objects is created. The obtained scientific results can be used to improve the design parameters and control modes of manipulation and locomotive systems in the process of their manufacture, as well as to ensure the high quality of transport systems operation in a large city or region. The results of the work are used to improve the operation of separate components of automated system for managing freight transportation in the railway system.
