The computer models of these devices have been developed taking into account parameter settings at Ukrainian NPPs. The models of the under-frequency load shedding (UFLS) relays of the first and second categories have been developed, taking into account the actual UFLS relays settings, used in IPS of Ukraine. The RMS simulation of the IPS of Ukraine operation has been performed. The impact of the frequency and voltage change on power consumption under the conditions of UFLS relays operation is studied. The model of the automatic generation control (AGC) of IPS of Ukraine has been developed. A simulation of AGC operation has been performed, taking into account the action of the additional thermal and hydraulic power plants connected to AGC. The AGC parameters are determined under the condition to provide frequency control in IPS of Ukraine, operating in an isolated mode.
