The study of 3D nanostructures was carried out during the various stages of forming starting from aqueous suspension to film that has more practical value as a model sensor. The morphology and temperature conductivity of graphene oxide and SWNT hybrid films were investigated. Raman spectra and optical absorption spectra of made nanohybrids were taken. SWNT films were obtained on the surface of an ion polymer of naphthion with gold (Au) microcontacts for further investigation of the influence of various gases on the conductivity of heterocontacts (SWNT-Au).
