We have showed that unmodified polyuretan osteoplastic materials can be optimal substrates for mesenchymal precursor cells' adhesion and modification of mentioned matrices with beta-glycerophosphate leads to local acidification of the medium. Our data will provide an opportunity to select of most effective variants of polyuretan-based biodegradable osteoplastic materials with incorporated recombinant BMP preparations, primarily BMP2/7 heretodimers, aiming to enhance their osteoinductive properties and to evaluate perpectives for their optimization with the use of antiinflammatory 4-tiazolidone derivatives along with secreted phosphoprotein 24 preparations.
