As a result of development and improvement of methods of operative treatment, schemes of treatment and rehabilitation measures in children with congenital developmental abnormalities, connected with various somatic and infectious diseases, the terms of treatment were shortened, the number of complications reduced and the lethality reduced by 10-15%.
