The object of the research is the processes of innovation of the national economy in the conditions of globalization. The goal - based on the analysis of modern scientific developments, Ukrainian legislation, foreign experience, to develop scientifically grounded proposals to accelerate the innovation of the national economy, including through the development of public-private partnership in the field of higher education. Methods of research - systematic approach, methods of formal logic, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative comparisons, statistical sampling and analysis.
