The experimental optimization of the geometrical and plasmodynamic parameters of the systems under study and the simulation of the passage of the plasma arc flow in the cylindrical channel of the plasma-optical system in crossed fields were carried out. The formation of a double layer and the formation of a radial fast electron beam in it, which is accelerated in a thin layer by the existing potential difference and can receive enough energy for grinding the microdroplets, and can also provide additional focusing of the low-energy ion-plasma flow. The theoretically obtained results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
