The object of the study is children with somatic pathology. The purpose of the work is to improve and optimize the early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of metabolic disorders in children with somatic pathology in the ecosocial conditions of the Ternopil region through a comprehensive clinical and laboratory-instrumental examination. Methods of research - clinical (collection of complaints and anamnesis, objective examination, laboratory (determination of the level of MtHb in the peripheral blood, general blood test, biochemical blood test, general urine analysis, coprogram), immunological (IL-2, IL-14, IL -6, IL-10, endothelin-1, IgA, IgM, IgG, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD16 +, CD22 +); instrumental (ultrasound of the skin and dermatoscopy); statistical (Statistica 6.0). The state of cellular and humoral immunity, cytokine status and inflammatory mediators atopic dermatitis in children are assessed. Minimally invasive methods of examination in atopic dermatitis for the analysis of morphological changes in the skin of children: dermatoscopy and ultrasound diagnostics of the skin have been carried out. The influence of elevated levels of nitrates on the organism of children of different ages has been investigated and the expediency of application in the complex treatment of alimentary water-nitrate methemoglobinemia of hepatoprotectors has been proved. The expediency of the use of a complex preparation with immunomodulatory properties in the treatment and rehabilitation of children with acute respiratory viral infections was substantiated. It has been found that in children with asthma, psychological status has its peculiarities that are most pronounced in adolescence and require some correction. Therefore, children of patients with asthma received psychological assistance in the process of specially organized interaction for the management of various personal, interpersonal difficulties, the formation of adherence to treatment, understanding the unwittingness of strict adherence to the scheme of appointment of drugs and the introduction into the daily life of the child, needs-habits to breathe correctly achieved through volitional the regulation of this process through the normalization of the psycho-emotional state, the increase of physiological and mental adaptability. It is proved that the physical development of a child of a certain age is a prognostic criterion for the occurrence of a pathology that will affect the quality of life in subsequent years. The necessity of differentiated treatment and rehabilitation programs on the basis of monitoring the health status of children with delayed physical development of neo-endocrine genesis is substantiated. Prognostic criteria for identifying undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia in children have been established. The proposed method of early detection of undiagnosed NSAIDs for implementation in a wide clinical practice. It is recommended the use of a complex of drugs arginine and betaine for the normalization of the liver in the treatment of acetoneemic syndrome in children. The expediency of supplemental intake of calcium and vitamin D in patients with gastroenterologic pathology has been proved. The research results are implemented in the pulmonary and II pediatric departments of the Ternopil Regional Children's Clinical Communal Hospital.
