The subject of the study is occluders with a domestic-produced beta zirconium alloy to close the open arterial duct. In this work, changes in the occluder material and the reaction of the vascular wall after implantation are investigated. Objective: To develop and conduct a biological test of a new domestic occluder with a beta-zirconium alloy to close the arterial duct. To produce prototypes of the device with beta - zirconium alloy with proven biological compatibility with the animal body and resistance to corrosion in aggressive environments. The implementation of the planned work is of great scientific and practical importance for modern health care, and is aimed at expanding the possibilities of providing medical care to patients with open arterial duct and other vascular anomalies.
