The complex of models and methods of providing of guaranteed systems at different stages of the life cycle was developed and investigated, in particular: the methods of noise immunity coding as a means of ensuring the cyber security of energy-efficient systems; methods for providing biometric authentication in energy-efficient systems; Models of optimal redistribution of mobile air objects of the IT infrastructure of radiation monitoring, methods of reducing the vulnerability of computer systems based on the diversification of operating systems, tools for improving the security of Cloud-applications based on dynamic reconfiguration of deployment environment; the Assurance Case for the Internet has been improved, taking into account the requirements for information and functional security, as well as methods of case-oriented security assessment of FPGA systems. A set of methods, tools and information technologies for the development and modernization of secure systems and IT infrastructures has been developed, namely: IT development of a distributed integrated system of ecological monitoring has been researched; tools for developing the infrastructure of projects in the context of the IoT; Models, methods and technologies of development and integration of FPGA-as-a-Service in the composition of cloud infrastructures are explored; a method for choosing communication protocols for the exchange of information in Web-of Things systems; software and hardware support for methods of non-invasive monitoring and diagnostics of human health have been developed. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the proposed models, methods and means, in contrast to the known, provide a comprehensive solution to the problem of evaluation and increase the reliability of information management systems and their components in conditions of different types of failures and environmental parameters.
