The method of calibration of MFST equipment is proposed, which involves the use of a quadcopter type unmanned aircraft (UAV), as well as hardware and software of high-precision kinematic GNSS-positioning. The reparametrised mathematical model of MFST observations is presented and the parameters to be calibrated are determined. The troposphere model is defined for use in MFST. The developed and experimentally tested method for determination of tropospheric delay of signals MFST and GPS, which allows to increase the accuracy of estimates of tropospheric delays of 1,3 to 8 times, depending on the place of observation and the elevation angle of the object.
