The technical requirements for the components of the MFST, the structure and functions of the software and mathematical support (SMS) processing of the measurement information system are developed. It is shown that using real GPS-observations of permanent reference stations of Ukraine and the SMS prototype the following accuracy of trajectory definitions is achieved: in the requested mode of operation, the system's value of the mean square error (RMS) for determining the parameters of motion is ~ 0.16 m (plan coordinates) and ~ 0.45 m (height ) The values ??of the RMS components of the velocity vector are within ~ 0.7-1.0 cm / s.
