Methods of studies -experimental, mathematic and physical modelling. Springing of parts, made of sheet steels by pulse electrohydraulic stamping, is studied. It is found out, that anisotropy of mechanical properties of ВН210, ВН240 and HSLA350 high strength steels causes virtually no mpct o their springing, contrary to DP780 ultra high strength steel, springing of which by width and length of part depends on workpiece rolling direction orientation. It is found out, that at the tops of the dihedral angles of parts, made of DP780 steel, relative curvature radius is from 1.5 to 3 times lower, than at trihedral angles, and in order to prevent the formation of fractures in the material, relative curvature radius at dihedral angles has to be no less than 2-5 times higher than the thickness of sheen workpieces. Consideration of the parameters of material mechanical properties and the geometric configuration of part is laid in the model of pulse stamping technological process controlling with the accuracy within 9-11 ITG.
