The object of research - physical and chemical processes of sewage treatment of galvanic production. The physicotechnological bases of complex wastewater treatment of galvanic production containing ions of heavy metals by the electrospark method in the flow mode with the use of combined granular metal loading, which allows to prove the purity of galvanic materials with a moderate outflow of pollutants of group IV (Cr6++Cr3+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+) to concentrations lower, sometimes on several dozens, than required by the MAC standards of the leading countries of the World are developed. The actual composition and proportion of the mixture of granules (aluminum and iron), conditions of stabilization of electric regimes of spark treatment of wastewater with working voltages up to 600 V with wide variation of electrical parameters of the output circuit of the generator of discharge pulses is determined. The achievable specific purification efficiency of the actual electroplating units is, accordingly, 0,055 m3/kW - for the useful electric power of the generator of discharge pulses and 1,2 m3 - for the volume of the flow reactor.
