The aim of the work is to develop a pulse-discharge process of disintegration of glassy raw materials with a regulated fractional composition and the value of moisture content. Methods of research - analysis and generalization of information on this subject, physical experiment. The method of pulse-discharge disintegration, as the most promising one, allows to achieve the micron values of the fractional composition of the treated material. The methods of preparation of packaging glass for disintegration and further granulometric analysis of dispersion are developed. The results of previous treatments for the estimation of the possibilities (first of all, by dispersion) of pulse-discharge disintegration of tare glass, carried out for the specified parameters of the circuit in the chamber, which provides the required maximum radius of destruction in pure water and in water with the addition of surfactants, were obtained. The analysis of the granulometric composition of the dispersion showed the possibility of disintegration of the glass to the micron fraction (from 4 to 6 microns - 30%). The most effective treatment mode and the corresponding set of initial conditions, in which the highest yield of the smallest (less than 40 microns) fraction of glass powder and other smaller fractions is observed (U = 30 kV, C = 0.25 mkF, lmax = 1.8 sm , w = 260 J/g), have been determined Product Description popup.authors Старков І.М. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
