The purpose of the work - on the basis of theoretical and experimental research, to create a scientific and technical basis for the improvement of technologies in the production of glassware, glassenamels and ceramic materials of polyfunctional purpose. Methods of research - calculated (thermodynamic and statistical), experimental (physico-chemical methods of analysis). The principle possibility of obtaining enamel coatings for steel with lowered temperatures for decorative and anticorrosive purposes is established. The possibility of improvement of technological parameters for the production of non-pigment colored coatings for building materials with the use of secondary raw materials, based on which the "Recommendations for improving the technological parameters of obtaining coatings for building ceramics" was created. The basic technological parameters of production of products from clinker ceramics and ceramic pigments with the structure of chrome grenade for the production of building materials are determined. New technical solutions were submitted, for which 3 applications for obtaining the security documents of Ukraine for intellectual property objects (for invention) were submitted, in addition 5 patents of Ukraine were obtained. The area of usage is the production of - С 20.12 manufacture of dyes and pigments; C 23.3 manufacture of building materials from clay; C 23.19 manufacture and processing of other glass products, including technical ones; C 23.99 manufacture of non-metallic mineral products, n.v.i.u; С 25.61 metal processing and coating of metals.
