It was shown the increment of fatigue limit and corrosion fatigue limit of these steels in 3% water solution of NaCl. Such increment is reached due to surface nanocrystallization, residual compression stresses and favorable redistribution of alloying elements in the surface layer. It has been established that contact endurance and wear resistance of 60Kh2M steel after mechanical pulse treatment increased in 3.6 and 1.8-2 respectively. The contact fatigue of carburized and grinded 20KhN3A steel with surface nanocrystalline structure in oil and water solution with quartz sand was studied. It was shown, that mechanical-pulse treatment improved its contact fatigue and it depends on processing regimes and used working medium.
