The purpose of the work is to obtain new 2,3-benzodiazepines and isoxazoles on the basis of 3- (hetero) aryl-isocoamarins and to establish the prospects for using 4- (hetero) aryl-2,3-benzodiazepines in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Methods of investigation - organic synthesis, NMR spectroscopy, chromatographic mass spectrometry, rotenone model of Parkinson's disease, thin-layer chromatography, polarography, processing and analysis of experimental data. The analysis of literature data concerning the chemical modification of 2.3 benzodiazepines as a method for the preparation of new biologically active compounds was carried out. New heterocyclic derivatives of the 2,3-benzodiazepine series and new functionalized 4,5-diarylisoxazoles were synthesized. A method for the renewal of the C = N bond in 4 substituted 2,3-benzodiazepines was developed. On the example of the Rothenic model of Parkinson's disease, mitochondrial dysfunction was studied as a determining component of neurodegenerative diseases. The potential of using 4-aryl-2,3-benzodiazepine derivatives for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases is outlined. Product Description popup.authors А.Р. Хайрулін В.В. Іщенко В.П. Хиля В.С.
