The goal is a scientific substantiation and development of measures to improve the fertility indicators of rice soils and the agro-ameliorative state of RIS, increasing the efficiency of their use based on economic feasibility and environmental stability. It has been established that positive changes in the state of the soil in the rice crop rotation occur due to: optimization of the crop rotation structure and its saturation with agricultural crops; application of an optimal fertilizer system for crop rotation, optimization of crop irrigation, improvement of physical indicators through the use of deep tillage. As a result of the applied agricultural methods, there was an increase in rice yield by 17.8%, associated crops of rice crop rotation - from 11.1 to 21.3%, with the payback of additional costs for operations from 9.8 to 34.4. The recommended saturation of crop rotations with cereal crops provides an increase in grain production by 0.25-0.41 t / ha; with an increase in income from each hectare by 1.4-1.8 thousand UAH in terms of the unit rotation area.
