The experimental comparative investigations of class E,E/F3 and EF were conducted, which allow obtain the such an operation mode of class E/F3 that demonstrates high energetic characteristics with relatively low peak voltage at drain. The new construction of power amplifier which operating mode combines the class E switching mode and inverse class F mode was presented. The technique of boundary problems solution was improved using transverse resonance for resonators based on 3D planar structures with discontinuity which components are placed in two planes simultaneously; the 2D eigen functions of magnetic end electric vector potentials were built in the form of series expansion by orthogonal Chebyshev polynomials of the first and second kind to describe current density in strip transmission line with step discontinuity. On the base of built algorithms, the analysis of distributed double-layered discontinuities in three-layered planar structures was conducted using more effective basis functions for 3D boundary problems algebraization.
