The levels of objective linguo-social grammar are determined, its basic and / or non-basic categories (categories of linguistic personality, speech personality, communicative personality, speech and linguistic personality) are determined. A coherent and objective model of space and time in the phrasemics of one- and multi-system languages is created and knowledge about the peculiarities of the linguistic presentation of values at the phrasemic level of the value worldview is deepened. The secondary modeling system of spatial and temporal codes of culture of the phrasemic level of the value worldview in Ukrainian, Russian, English and German languages is characterized. A case-based statistical analysis of phraseological units of different types is carried out. The legitimacy of the use of the statistical method for confirming denying the enrollment of a a particular language unit to a class of persistent ones is substantiated. The essence of the method of deep learning in the realization of the problems of linguo-personology and well-known and potential obstacles in the application of the method to the linguistic data are described. The results of the research can find practical application in high school courses in general linguistics, modern Ukrainian, Russian, English and German languages, linguistic pragmatics, communicative linguistics, corpus linguistics, and linguistic statistics. The main results may also be useful in the creation of holistic phrasemographic works of the translated sample and the comparative phrasemics of single- and multi-system languages, in the practice of designing and indexing the text bodies, in the execution of the body-based linguo-statistical studies of various types of linguistic units, for modeling of various aspects of intellectual activity of a person.
