In particular, the present state, features of institutional support and the prospects for the development of industrial parks as spatial forms of business organization are studied. The development of regional IT clusters in Ukraine in the context of their impact on the socio-economic dynamics, as well as strategic priorities and tools for stimulating the development of IT clusters in the formation of the country's innovation ecosystem are analyzed. The economic potential of formation of branch clusters in the regions of Ukraine is estimated. The analysis of forms of spatial organization of creative industries, spatial educational systems and suggestions on stimulation of their development are presented. The domestic experience of the development of agro holdings as an integrated form of agro business is considered, and the main advantages, threats and directions of regulation of their activity are estimated. The foreign experience of institutional support for the development of forms of spatial organization of business in view of its possible perspectives application in Ukraine is studied.
