Theoretical and practical results: developed methodical approaches to ex vivo expansion of clonogenic bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells of animals (rats). The therapeutic effect of allogenic transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells in the experiment with acute radiation syndrome was established due to the decrease of neutropenia, leukocyte decline at 2 d, platelet counts recovery at 21 dand reduction of the mortality index for 30 days. Novelty: the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells in allogeneic transplantation 24 hours after lethal irradiation at doses of LD55 / 30 (7.0 Gy) and LD95 / 30 (8.2 Gy ) in radiobiological experiment in vivo.
