The aim of the research is - on the basis of the clinical, biochemical immunological and ultrasonographic markers establish the disorders and define the state paravertebral muscles of patients with degenerative diseases of the spine in first examination of patients and after surgical intervention in dynamics. Methods of research - clinical, radiological, biochemical, methods of research of hemostasis system, immunological, biometric, ultrasonographic. On the basis of the analysis of the results of clinical and laboratory and ultrasonographic examination of patients with degenerative diseases of the spine, which came to the department of instrumental and non invasive spine surgery in 2016-2018 years. The metabolic disorders in the body of patients with hernia, lumbar spinal stenosis, instability and spondylolisthesis and in combination with arterial hypertension have been determined. The evaluation of the state of paravertebral muscles and the health of patients before and after surgical intervention was performed. Surgical treatment allowed to improve the performance of clinical trials in all clinical groups. The dependence between ultrasonographic changes of paravertebral muscles and the results of surgical treatment of patients is proved. The main factors of influence are the thickness of the muscular layer, increased echogenicity of the tissue and the ratio of the subcutaneous fat layer / muscle layer. A model for predicting the results of surgical treatment on the basis of ultrasonographic data of paravertebral muscles of patients with degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine with an accuracy of 84.4% is proposed.
