The aim of the work is to investigate the clinical and radiological features of structural and functional changes in the vertebral motor segments after their stabilization by dynamic and rigid implants in patients with lumbar osteochondrosis. Research methods - clinical, radiological, magnetic resonance and computed tomography, biomechanical (mathematical modeling by the method of finite elements), biochemical, histological, statistical. In the results of the research carried out from 2016 to 2018, the clinical and radiological features of the lumbar spine MHD were studied after stabilization with rigid and dynamic implants in patients with osteochondrosis in the fixation zone, below and above this zone. Criteria for the use of dynamic and rigid implants are established. A sapphire model of interstitial dynamic implant and artificial MHD was developed. Functional changes in the PDS of the lumbar spine after stabilization with dynamic and rigid implants were determined. The peculiarities of biochemical changes in blood serum during degenerative changes in the PDS of the lumbar spine after stabilization with rigid and dynamic implants were studied. The VAT of human lumbar PDS was determined after fixation by a dynamic interspotal implant and an artificial MHD. Radiofrequency ablation of the structural features of the damaged vertebral motor segment and nervous tissue after autotransplantation of an intervertebral disk fragment has been established.
